As a first time user (less than 2 hours of use) here are my initial thoughts:

1. That is is quick and simple
2. The animations, fading out the task and then fading in the edit box takes a few seconds and also pushes things around as they overlap and you have the edit and the original task on the screen at the same time for a bit. It would be very nice if all animations / sliding / fading could be turned off to make it more snappy.
3. You could change the above :)
4. Adding a risk (low, medium, high) to tasks to indicate if there is a possibility that they could overrun. Option to add notes and real time taken when moving a task to verify and to done. Making the tasks and menu scale to fit the width of the page.
5. Keep up the good work :)
